1.Consult a technical support engineer to confirm the problem
The technical support engineer confirms the problem and the device needs to be sent for repair, then the STEP 2 repair service process begins.
2.User completes device delivery
After determining that the device needs to be sent for repair, the user will send it back to the factory along with the faulty device.
3.Receive equipment and register confirmation
After receiving the equipment, we will register and confirm it in detail and inform the user of the current process stage in a timely manner.
4.Equipment failure repair
The repair center repairs the returned equipment.
5.The repair center sends the repaired device back to the user
After the equipment is repaired, it will be mailed to the user by the maintenance center.
