Ⅱ.During the warranty period, if a product failure occurs due to quality issues, you will enjoy free warranty service from the original manufacturer.

Ⅲ. Paid warranty will be provided when one of the following situations occurs:

1. The product has expired.

2. The product is abused or misused (such as abnormal current or voltage causing PCB board to burn).

3. The product is damaged by human factors.

4. The product is damaged due to transportation problems.

5. Damage caused by force majeure such as floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.

6. If the product is damaged, such as fragile paper, serial number is lost, there is no label or the label does not match the actual product, and parts are replaced or disassembled without our authorization, our company has the right to refuse repair.

IV. After-sales repair service time limit

After receiving the product, our company will complete the product repair process within 7-15 working days.

Ⅴ. Repair and transportation costs

1. Our company will bear the return transportation costs of the repaired product.

2. The transportation costs of the returned product to our company shall be borne by the party sending the product for repair.
